The last of the chrome-bumper S30s in America. Bosch-style L-Jetronic fuel injection and 2.8 liters kept the straight-six alive through the mid-seventies rules.
By mid-1975 the 280Z had replaced the 260Z in the U.S. Injection cleaned up the idle and drivability. Purists still argue 240 vs 280; the club ran both. This is the last Z before the ZX era changed the brief.
